• World Book Day and Comic Relief 2021

  Today St Mark's celebrated in true style with a combination of World Book Day and Comic Relief combined. The children and staff arrived in full costumes of their favourite characters and enjoyed a day of book related activities. A special T-set in the afternoon raised money for the wonderful work of Comic Relief. The total will be announced shortly!!! Thank you to everyone for making this a really special day to remember.

  

• Active Wellbeing

  St Mark's were delighted to welcome coaches from the Sports Project on Thursday this week, to deliver active wellbeing sessions to the whole school. The focus was on the superpower of self esteem and the children worked on their personal best during the activities. Everyone finished the morning rosy cheeked and with the positive motto "Well done me!". The plan is to hold these sessions on a weekly basis to encourage positive mental and active wellbeing.
