Year 6 Leavers service
Year 6 Leavers Service at Guildford Cathedral
On Thursday 30th June, Year 6 attended their Leavers Service at Guildford Cathedral. They enjoyed a lovely morning alongside hundreds other Year Six children from Guildford Diocese church schools. We were entertained with wonderful singing and some exceptional, reflective workshops which helped the children reflect on their time at primary school. The service was led by Canon Derek Holbird and The Very Revd Dianna Gwillliams, Dean of Guildford. The staff of the Diocese Education centre and Cathedral ensured all the children had a morning to remember.
Our children were wonderful; they were praised by everyone who worked with them and our standard was carried proudly during the procession. Well done Year 6!
