The whole school came together to produce a rousing performance of The Rainbow Harvest. The children's coloured t-shirts forming a visual display of a stunning rainbow whilst each class took their own colour and treated the congregation to a wealth of poetry, stories and plays. The service was ably narrated by our wonderful Year 6 children and interspersed with lively songs. The true meaning of the rainbow was shared in two Bible passages from Genesis and Revelations. Our focus this year was brightening the lives of others with our harvest and donating to the Farnborough Food Bank for local people in need. We were overwhelmed by the generous contributions from our families which were displayed in a rainbow pattern at the church. The St Mark's team would like to extend a huge thank you to the North Camp Methodist Church for allowing us to use their facilities whilst St Mark's Church is undergoing work. Our harvest food donations will be joined with the contributions from the Methodist Church and collected by the food bank as a community collaboration.
