Harvest Festival 2025
We celebrated Harvest at St Mark's Church with a service called "Building a Harvest". This linked to our school vision and the parable of the wise and foolish builder, building on firm foundations. The children used poetry to tell the journey of a seed through all the different people who help it become a delicious loaf of bread! Reverend Gwilliams welcomed the St Mark's families and children to the church - thank you for having us!
The wonderful donations of groceries for the Farnborough Food Bank, were beautifully displayed in the church. Thank you for your generosity and to the team of parents who kindly gave up their time to help Mrs Watson transport the goods to the church and create the impressive display. When the volunteers from the Food Bank arrived after the service to collect the donations, they were overcome with the quantity and only just managed to fit it all in the car! The food and toiletries will help so many local people in their time of need. So once again thank you!
