Year 1/2 had a busy day of outings today, this afternoon we went in groups to visit the Coop in Queen's Road to look at packed lunch options for Mr Grinling's new lunch. We are trying to help Mrs Grinling by designing a new healthier lunch for her husband. We spotted lots of different types of food and talked about how these fitted on the EatWell Plate. A big thank you to the Coop for allowing us to visit and take photographs for our project.
Today KS1 walked to The Vue Cinema in Farnborough to watch Conni and the Cat as part of the Into Film festival 2022. We all thoroughly enjoyed the film which focused on friendship and highlighted some important messages which we can draw on during Anti Bullying Week.
A big thank you to our parent volunteers who walked with us - they were very impressed with your stamina! Well done Year 1/2!
