5 hours 5 days a week


Job/Person Summary

We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and positive with a good sense of humour to work over the lunchtime period to support the positive play of children across the school. 

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a calm, positive and kind approach
  • Be able to work as part of a team, 
  • Understand confidentiality and safeguarding procedures
  • Have high expectations for children's behaviour 
  •  Ensure pupils are happy, healthy and safe during this important part of the day
  • Supervising children outside on the playground, or in classrooms if it rains
  • Promoting independence, fair play and positive behaviour.
  • Enduring lunchtimes are a happy time for all involved and dealing with any issues in a positive and thoughtful way.
