Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Public Health England have produced a letter for schools to distribute to parents which explains when a person requires a coronavirus test and what the symptoms of coronavirus are and we are therefore sharing this with you.
The intention of the letter is to help prevent children being taken out of school unnecessarily and answer some of the questions parents may have around testing. Please click the link below to access the letter.
Our year R children started full time today and the school now feels complete!
A warm welcome to them all and we wish them every success as they all start their learning journey at St Mark's.
"Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it."
Proverbs 22:6
This week Mrs Stocchetti met with MP Leo Docherty to discuss the testing issues. The school staff were thanked for all their hard work over the past few months. Please click below for the full article.

Dear Parents and Carers,
You will have seen on the news about the increase in the daily number of cases in the U.K. Now more than ever we need to be vigilant in playing our part to keep us all safe.
Remember, if anyone in your household displays symptoms of COVID-19, you should not send your child to school and that person should arrange to be tested.
Please find a link here that has all the details about how to get tested. You should inform the school of the results.
Here is the link to the government guidance for households with possible or confirmed coronavirus (COVID-19) infection.
Thank you for your continued support.
Kind regards
Mrs Stocchetti
Headteacher
