School Lunches

Children may bring a healthy packed lunch or have a school meal. All payments for lunches are made online. 

St Mark's offers lunches prepared daily to order by our catering company, Aramark.  The menus can be viewed below.

 

From September 2025 the cost of a school meal will be £3.20. School meals are paid for via the on-line Tucasi system

 

ALL children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to a meal, free of charge, under the Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) programme and registration is not required. Further details can be found here.

 

Free school meals – Can I apply? 

 

You may be able to claim free school meals for your child if you are in receipt of:

  • Income Support
  • income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
  • income-related Employment and Support Allowance
  • support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
  • the guaranteed element of Pension Credit
  • Child Tax Credit (provided you’re not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)
  • Working Tax Credit run-on - paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit
  • Universal Credit
  • Please speak to Mrs Watson in the school office if any of these apply you.
