The St Mark's Governing Body is made up of Parent, Community and Staff Governors. We work together to contribute to the effective functioning of our school as 'critical friends'. Governors scrutinise the quality of education provided by St Mark's on behalf of students, families and the community. The prime role of the Governors is to provide feedback and constructive challenge to the leadership in relation to the Academy's performance, ethos and local reputation. Meetings are held half termly; Governors are also invited to engage with St Mark's through a wider range of activities and school visits to gain a broader sense of the overall quality of provision.
