Class 3/4

Welcome to Class 3/4!

Our class teachers are Mrs Harding and Mrs Dear. Mrs Wheatland is currently on maternity leave.

SPRING TERM 2022

Year 3 and 4 have started the Spring Term with positivity and enthusiasm. We have launched straight in to our new project "Land of Fire and Ice" because we have a competition deadline to meet!

Autumn Term 2021

Year 3 and 4 had a brilliant Autumn Term, busy learning in all different kinds of ways.

Take a look at the sections below to see our learning journeys and outcomes for our the 3 projects we completed.

We have completed our Project "Snuggle Up", writing our own alternative versions of Traditional Tales and learning poems.

Take a look at the videos of our performance poems and read our amazing stories by following the Snuggle Up link below, where you can take a look at the photos of our learning journey to these outcomes.

In maths both Year 3 and 4 have been learning all about FRACTIONS!
To help us remember the mathematical language, Mrs Dear taught us "The Fraction Rap!"

We had a brilliant BIG DAY OUT, at Wintershall.   On returning to school, we have reflected on our experience.

It seems our highlights were meeting the donkeys and smelling the gifts from the kings. We also enjoyed the freedom of having a huge field to play in at lunchtime - whilst we admired the stunning views and enjoyed the fresh Autumnal air.

Here is just a selection of our reflection work.
